If you’re looking at installing solar panels, there are many things to consider, but one of the most important items is service provider. We installed solar panels with All Energy Solar three years ago this month and have had no regrets in our choice. This is our review of their service.
All Energy Solar is Experienced
There are so many facets to solar. There’s the obvious — sun exposure & tax credits — but there are more complex considerations, as well. When we started our journey, we had no idea as to the level of detail and permitting that was required.
All Energy Solar has been around since 2009 and it was clear in our communications with them that they had a good handle on what they were doing. Even before our in-person consultation, our rep was well-versed on the nuances of our property. Not just that, but they were able to give us an incredibly accurate estimation as to what our production would be.
All Energy Solar is Seamless
From start to finish, our process was incredibly seamless. Outside of making decisions regarding panel layout and letting in the inspector upon completion, our responsibilities were nil.
All Energy Solar’s staff handled all the permits, appointments, and rebates. They even returned to our house to get a second exposure count when the first one came up short. This ensured that we would receive the $1,500 rebate that had been calculated into our estimate. Talk about quality customer service!
Above & Beyond
Their return to our home for a second sun exposure reading wasn’t the only time they exceeded our expectations. When the inverter they had originally quoted us for was no longer available, they upgraded us at no additional cost.
This could’ve easily cost us another couple thousand dollars, but their dedication to customer satisfaction is exceptional. They wanted to make sure that we were happy and that they were able to meet and exceed expectations.
Happy customers
All in all, I’d have to say that we are incredibly happy customers.Three years into our solar experience and we have never regretted our decision.
If you’re looking at going solar, there are many things to consider, but choosing an experienced, qualified installation professional is going to have a tremendous impact on your overall experience. If you’re located in Wisconsin (like us!), Minnesota, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, or Iowa, we hope you’ll give them a call or visit their website. They offer free quotes and are sure to take great care of you.
